The life and times of Pablo Picasso, circa 1943 to 1953, provides the basis for this biographical drama featuring Anthony Hopkins as the legendary Spanish artist. Featured among the ensemble are newcomer Natasha McElhone as his lover Francoise Gilot; Julianne Moore as Dora Maar, Diane Venora as Picasso’s third wife and Paloma Picasso’s mother; and Joan Plowright as Gilot’s grandmother.
