Newcomer Charles M.Talbert stars as
Angus Bethune, an awkward teenage boy trying to make sense of his complicated
life. His lesbian mother is played by Kathy Bates and George C. Scott plays his
eccentric grandfather Ivan. This story of growing up and finding out what life
is really all about is the perfect movie for everyone. Also featured among the
ensemble are Larry Drake, Rita Moreno, Chris Owen, Ariana Richards and James
Van der Beek.
