A mad scientist saves small town cop Marvin (Rob Schneider) whose body was mangled in a car accident by surgically transplanting him with animal organs. One of the side effects of this bizarre procedure is that Marvin begins to act like an animal. Former castaway of television's Survivor, Colleen Haskell, is on-hand as Marvin's girlfriend.
