15- year-old Sam Franks begins a budding romance with his best friend Silvy in Victoria, Australia.  One day she disappears, believed drowned.  This event affects Sam all throughout his adulthood and when he returns to Victoria as a psychologist he rescues a woman who is drowning and believes her to be his childhood sweetheart.  She has lost all memory and it is difficult for his to determine if she is real or just the memory of his lost love.  This psychological drama explores how trauma in our life impacts our pattern of behavior as adults with ramifications in every decision we make.
